WHO WE ARE
CONCRETE. TEAK.PURPOSE.
Born in Punta Cana, working in Tulum and Bali. Pilotum Studio builds in the world's most extraordinary tropical landscapes — with raw materials, honest structure, and a deep respect for what was there before us.
Founded by Fran Frías — 17 years of architecture across Spain, Mexico and the Caribbean — our team brings technical rigour and creative conviction to every project.
